Minuteman Ridge

The Minuteman Ridge sub-division off Mass. Avenue in West Acton was approved in March 1963. Developed by Porter Jenks, of Jenks Realty, 82 homes were built. Later, an additional home was built, increasing Minuteman Ridge to 83 homes. The neighborhood was built with a community swimming pool, a duck pond, a frog pond, and paths and common land between some of the homes.

Minuteman Ridge is made up of the houses built on Captain Brown's Lane, Captain Forbush Lane, Deacon Hunt Drive, and Joseph Reed Lane. The owners of all of these homes are members of the Minuteman Ridge Homeowners Association.
